Summary

Remix of DOugL's Merged Air Nozzle V1 for K40 that fixes the OpenSCAD source, addresses a number of manufacturability issues, as well as restores the original friction mount that should lessen concerns about cracking the lens.

The OpenSCAD source requires Air_Assist.stl from VanBot112's K40 40W Laser Air Assist.

Post-Printing

When mounting the air assist, be exceptionally careful about placing any mount of force on the lens mount, as other people have reported that forcing the lens mount can crack the lens!

It's recommended the air assist be test-fit with the lens removed and the lens holder out of the machine. A heat gun can be used to (gently!) heat the air assist and mould it to the lens mount. The lens can then be reassembled and the air assist mounted on it.
