Summary

Intel X540-T2 is known to be a network adapter than runs very hot if not used in a well cooled rackable server.

This support is designed to allow cliping a 50x50x10 fan on the heatsink to improve X540 chip cooling.

It is screwless, easy to set and remove with cliping systems.

This design performs best with Delta EFB0512LA which is efficient and very tough/reliable.
Also it was done for the fanless version of X540-T2 ( see 3rd picture displayed )
