Summary

This is another shoe clip for the Nike+ Sensor. I tried printing thingiverse part http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:15355
but failed (might as well be Makerware-fault) so I thought I come up with something else.

Instructions

Printed on Replicator2 (--> PLA) with standard "medium" settings in Makerware. No support needed, the bridges work well on my printer. I printed with a raft for easy removal.

The holes for the shoe laces are different in size and might need customisation depending on the thickness of your shoelaces. The smaller hole points towards the toes, only 1 shoelace fits (3.5mm diameter), the bigger one holds 2 shoelaces (tight).

The sensor fits with a slight press-fit but can be pushed in with moderate force and two fingers.

SolidWorks files are attached for whatever changes you want to apply. For more file formats just leave a message and I will upload any format SolidWorks allows saving as.
