Parametric Bracelet... and band rings

Fully printable without support, it can act as a torture test for your printer, use 2 shells, and if you have trouble printing turn retraction settings down.
This was a collaboration with Zencoal's original version. [Zen has a good design eye] and wrote the initial code.
