Makita 18v drill long bit holder

Remix of Makita LXT bits-holder for 6 bits by Gertsen.

• Hold long and short bits.
• Hold Bit Tip Holder
• Moved screw hole to fit My Makita LXDT04 and LXPH01
• Google Sketchup generated STL file has errors Ultimaker Cura couldn't handle. PrusaSlicer fixed errors.
• Need support for the screw hole part.
• Also include a version that can hold a Apple AirTag. AirTag holder is remixed from Airtag strong keychain holder
• Screw size is M4-.70. For my drill, the length of screw part (exclude head) is 12mm.

Gertsen suggests to pause the print and switch filament color for LXT logo. I didn't try.
