12M lens adapter for Sony 1/3inch CCD Video Camera (FPV)

This is a lens adapter for 1/3-inch Sony CCD Video Cameras.
Use it either to replace a broken lens mount or to replace a larger mount (e.g. 22M metal adapter) to fit standard M12 lenses to the Sony CCD Camera.
I designed this after I purchased the 1/3-inch Sony CCD Video Camera 700TV Lines F1.2 from Hobbyking (http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__13197__1_3_inch_Sony_CCD_Video_Camera_700TV_Lines_F1_2_PAL_.html) and wanted to fit lighter lenses with a wider angle to the camera for FPV flying.

Update 23/10/2014:

• Added a 2nd version with a hole for a M2 set screw to allow the lens to be better secured.

• added a slim version of the mount to support additional cameras. Please feedback in case it does not print properly
