Summary

This is nothing special but needed a clamp to mount a adjustment screw for the Z End Stop. This Thing is a derivative from AlephObjects Z Clamp included with their printer but I just saw a picture of it and made what I needed for my machine. And if someone can find a use for it on their machine, that's great!

Instructions

You need to print one of each:
1 - Z Clamp
1 - Z Block - ( if you need it)
1 - 4mm Socket Head screw cap

Its for a 10mm rod

I printed at 90% infill, 2 shells, 3 skirt if you are printing with ABS.
The cap fits a 4mm socket head screw so the inner hex pin inside it really does nothing as its pretty snug. Use a M4 nut in holder top and bottom of screw into clamp. I didn't use a spring like the one from Aleph but you could. Depending on your printer you may need to bore out the holes or create ones where you need them. My first go with creating something, I used Sketchup and ran the stl's thru Netfabb before posting.

Parts Needed:
1 - 4mm x 25mm SHCS
2 - M4 x .7 Nuts
2 - 3mm x 25mm SHCS or suitable
2 - M3 x .5 Nuts

You will need some sort of end stop, I am using mechanical ones.
