To generate a Bolt/Washer for Bed Leveling

Should be customizer-compatible

Instructions

Just Edit the Values for Outer and Inner Diameter and height and
print out 4 washers, on each edge of your printing plate with the
maximum layer thickness for the first layer.

If your Bed is not leveled corretly the lower layer of the printed
washers will be somewhat higher or lower depending of the height of
the corresponding edges of your Bed.

Replace your existing distance bolts or washers with the printed ones
and your Bed will be magically leveled.
