Sine Wave Crank Toy PROPER

Remake / remix of gzumwalt's very nice design.

Redid all connectors for tight fit (glue now semi-optional).
Sides now print separately
Added spacers/cams to rings and 7 of 8 disks.
Debugged all tolerances (crank, pins, disks etc...) for smooth operation and easy assembly.
Added disk numbers for clarity.
Added print chamfers (for the squished first layers).
NEWLY ADDED: Optional rounded tips for the pins, so they kinda look like matchsticks. Note that the tips only fit the "pins for tips" file.
