This is a screw for a peculiar snowmobile: Zil 2906:

The screw was split into two sides to make sure it won't tip over during print and needs to be assembled with Technic pins. For the opposite side of the screw you need to mirror the part for printing.

There are part files included for bricklink studio if you want to use it in your virtual model.

The axle socket is a bit tight on this model.
