Summary

I was inspired by aaskedall's P-51 Mustang Simple Model, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:270838. I printed his model and liked it so much, I decided to make a P-38 in the same style.

I had so much fun designing and painting the P-38 that I also designed this more challenging F4U Corsair. This design requires a little superglue to hold the wings in the gull shape.

It's an easy print and great fun to assemble and paint.

Post-Printing

Run a small bead of superglue down the creases in the wing then position the wing up slightly to form the gull shape.
