Summary

Building on top of HansH's original Raspberry Pi case, and several derivatives, here is another version with a GPIO access window on top (ideal for attaching jumper wires), a tray to guard the SD card and a small window to see the LEDs.

Instructions

I printed this on a Makerbot Replicator 2 with 1.75mm PLA filament and the build turned out to be fine (but see notes below).

Estimated build time: 41 minNotesWith 25% infill, 2 shells and the default medium resolution (.27mm) of Replicator 2, some very small regions in the R-Pi logo on top did not get filled. There might be scope for improvement in slicing algorithms here, but greater infill, a single shell or finer resolution may solve the issue (note that 2 shells actually means 3 because one perimeter is generated regardless).Some filing may be necessary to get a good fit.
