Summary

2 piece Z coupler for the QU-BD Two Up. Used to help eliminate Z wobble or Z ribbing. You may want to rotate the file 90 degrees on the Y axis to print cleaner circles so it fits better.

To assemble your just place the large open part around the Z screw loosely oriented so that the flat part of the small opening can go with the flat part of the stepper motor rod then adding the zip ties. I recommend putting the zip ties through the holes to start and tightening them after you have the coupler in place.

To keep it easy and avoid the whole "What size bolt?" snafu I just designed this to used good old zip ties. You'll need to print out both Two Up Z Coupler Flat and Two Up Z Coupler Round for this to work. The flat piece goes with the flat side of the stepper motor and the round with the opposite side. The openings for the zip ties are 4mm wide so they should fit.
