To hold the two halves of the pip-boy together I used black rubber bands meant for hair. You should be able to find them at Wal-Mart or CVS. As a soft liner I just used a scrap of old t-shirt rolled over a few times. For the image on the screen just print out the attached pdf on glossy photo paper.
