Sleeve to Repair Break in Glasses Arm

The arm of my reading glasses broke near the hinge. This project is a simple sleeve used to repair the break. These glasses have black plastic frames.

Used Parameters for Easy Modification

The Arm dimensions of the glasses can be measured and updated. This will adjust the size of the opening in the sleeve. All dimensions are in mm.

z_arm = 8;

I intended to make the clearance 0.3 but now see it was set to 0.03. This can be changed. In my case I filed the arm a bit to make it fit snugly. This also roughened up the smooth service.
