Snille Ikea Chair Height Adjustor

The other day one of the chairs that I keep around the office broke when sat on. After investigation I found that the part that allows the chair to height adjust had broken in two. First I tried to epoxy the part back-together but this was not fruitful. So I decided to model the part up in solid works and print a replacement. I am very happy with the results and am mostly proud of the inner threads which needed a bit of trial and error to get right but work really well. The chair works perfectly and will hold an adult male, but you will just have to take my dogs word for it.
