Wolfcraft quick clamp - upper chuck

Replacement for the upper-chuck of this Wolfcraft quick clamp.

It was a good exercise for practicing FreeCAD and drawing a little more complexe parts.

(I had to make two files, the Mark Two having far different tolerances than our usual Ultimaker)
