Elegoo Mars Pro Carbon Filter

My girlfriend and i had the problem that the charcoalfilter inside
the Elegoo Mars Pro and Mars 2 Pro was kinda useless.
May fit other SLA Printers. Let me know :)

I decided to design this refillable filter.

• There are the following parts:

• Filter (SLA or FDM)
• Halterung engl. Bracket (FDM TPU)
• Deckel engl. Cover (FDM TPU)

I highly recommend to print the bracket and the cover in a flexible Material.
No supports are needed for the whole object.

• Step 1:
• place the resin vat in first!

• hotglue the bracket on the top of holes of the Ventilation

• Step 2:
• Cut two small pieces 40 x 40 mm out of the compostfilters
• Place one Filter down in the Filterunit
• fill up with activated charcoal pieces

• Place the other compostfilter on top

• Step 3:
• mount the snap in - cover on top of the filter

• mount the snap in - filter inside the bracket

• done :)
