Working Garage Door Display

A model of a garage door that will open and close with the addition of a simple motor, Auduino Uno, Motor Shield and a 1/4-20 threaded rod and two 1/4 nuts.

I made this as my first experiment with SolidWorks and 3D Printing. My company, Telguard, is launching a Z-Wave Garage Door Opener and I thought it would be easier to demo a micro garage door than a full size one. I couldn't find a small demo to purchase so I built this one.

The open/close logic is very basic so, if you feel inclined, improved it and send it back my way.

I will be posting photos, video and the Arduino sketch later. I am printing a new one now because the first one went to a trade show.
