Small Case for the Raspberry Pi model A+

A simple Raspberry Pi A+ Case.
Lots of different lids available.
Two bottom parts, one can be tapped (thread in plastic), the other one drilled through to use nuts.

Updated to V3, final version unless an unexpected problem occurs.

Added lids with GPIO / display / camera access
