Summary

This is a lamp shade that is designed to turn a IKEA lightfixture named Rodd into an ambient light. It is a wall/uplighter an is designed for 10-20 watts fluorescent lightbulbs.

Instructions

Two materials should be laser-cut: 3mm plywood and 3mm opaque acrylic or polystyren.
After cutting you have 3 pieces of wood and two pieces of plastic.
Attach the two pieces of plastic in the slots of the middle wood section. Glue them together in such
a way that the front is in line. Now glue the bottom woodpiece to the contraption. Finally glue the
top/front piece to the construction en let it all dry.
I advise a 10 to 20 Watts fluorescent lightbulb, please do not use a classic lightbulb due to the heat
in short distance from a flammable wooden cover.
