Neopixel quillons for LGT Stellan Gios lightsaber

LGT supplies Stellan Gios's lightsaber with transparent quillons that work like a base-lit lightsaber. They don't have a lighting core by themselves and receive light from the chassis inside the hilt.
I wanted my crossguard to be brighter and to turn smoothly so I designed a neopixel version of those quillons. It was originally posted on my instagram: https://www.instagram.com/p/Ch-o-_qDlLH/. You may want to check that post for visual references.

Update 2023-03-31:
Added files for detachable quillons (SG-pogo-pin-pcb-holder.stl and SG-quillon-pcb.stl). Chassis extender (SG-insert.stl) remains the same. The quillons are best printed in white resin (I used ABS-like one). This is designed for 12mm PCB. I made mine by sanding down these. See this post for more details.

Update 2023-08-02:
Apparently, LGT shortened the chassis for Xenopixel v3 so the old inserts don't work anymore. For such a chassis you need to print the longer insert (SG-insert-XenopixelV3).
