SMD (Surface Mount Device) Placer is the machine to pick up and place SMD (0603 chips) on the printed board. The placement data is made by EAGLE ULP. For manual soldering, the precise placement is not required. Just place the chip near the soldering pad.The machine save the time to look up , pick up ,and place the chips near the pad on the board.
