Wild Horse Mesa, using web-based Terrain-to-STL
Using the web-based terrain-to-STL tool at http://146.148.78.19/, this was a breeze. So much simpler than other methods!

From the STL file that the tool gave me, I imported it into Sketchup, trimmed off the bottom, added some text to the side, and printed.
