It is intended to use a hobbed drive gear like this http://trinitylabs.com/products/hobbed-pulley

There is a 608 8mm shaft and a 605 5mm shaft version.

Instructions

Assemble like the Accessible Wade's but add the hobbed gear onto the shaft.

Filament path offset towards the Large gear by 1mm to fit hobb.

Hotend mount is for grooveplate. Openscad file is able to be modded for most hotends.

Some things may need to be adjusted depending on your printer. This is intended for .3mm layer height in order for the support to work...if you use a different setting it will need to be changed in the openscad file and recompiled.

A gear ratio adjustment may be required to adjust for the larger hobb diameter. I have been testing with ABS with good results so far.
