Rope Pull Handle

Our house has a pull-down set of stairs that go up into the attic.
A rope hangs down you have to pull on to lower the stairs. This is
a handle for the end of the rope. Just pass the rope (normal nylon
or cotton cord) through the hole in the handle and tie a knot to
secure it.

I've also added a strain relief object for the other end of the rope. If
you just tie off the rope on the other side of the hole, when you pull,
a lot of stress is put on the area right around the hole. This spreads
the stress out a bit, making it less likely that you will enlarge the
hole and have the rope pull through.
