Another rework of aluminum extrusion Prusa

Updates:
01 Jan 2015: I added the pulley I made for the X-axis belt tensioner (which is also almost complete) It's a small one - using 623zz bearing fixed with a W10 seger ring. Roughly a size of GT2 16 teeth pulley.
30 Dec 2014: I realized upper smooth rod supports have 8mm mounting notch for being mounted on vertical part of the frame - while on mine they will be mounted on upper horizontal part. Added alternate version of those.
