I printed this on a Lulzbot TAZ4 with PLA.

0.35 Nozzle
0.2mm Layer height
Inside perimeters first (makes sure print restart is on interior of coin)

I have been trying a couple layers of nail polish to help "flatten" the areas around Washington's head. This helps the first "heads" layer to stick to the face of the coin.

Pause the print before the "heads" layer to place quarter and restart print. Do not place quarter in print before it has raised to the "head" height layer!

I can't stress enough the importance of a calibrated printer and carefully ensuring the quarter is flush before restarting the print.
