Small artificial Christmas tree stand

The flexible insert was made with PolyMakr's PolyFlex filament. Less flexible than Ninjaflex but easier to work with. The holder itself is in PolyMax. Done in sort of a rush, so it is unfinished, but it does what it's supposed to do. The idea was to use a flexible insert to take up the shocks from bumping the tree and from random attacks by the cat. It also makes measurements of the tree less critical than if the tree were to go directly into a rigid base. I'm not a mechanical design engineer, so I'm not saying it was a great idea, but it does keep the tree from falling over :) The holes in the base are so I can use a rod to help push the insert out of the stand if I need to, because there's nothing to hold onto to pull it out. The hole in the insert was a custom job to fit the tree I have. It was done in Rhino, as a first project.

The STL file looked really messed up in S3D, but it sliced fine and the g-code was fine as well.
