Summary

This is the remixed version of the dual extruder file. I don't have any dual extruder printer, so I take some effort to split everything out. It's lots of work to print them part by part but I'm sure the result is worth the effort.

Instructions

Some of the file is not properly aligned flat on printer table since I just export the original file from CAD. Please align them before you print.

Please refer to the picture of my printed minion for clearer reference. Most of the parts can be printed without support except the body. It'll need a little support for the hands.

The most hard part is the hair since they are so small and they are 12 of them that need to be aligned flat. Good luck printing and assembling the minion!

UPDATE (27 Dec 2014)
For those who are using CURA for slicing, please enable the Fix Horrible Type B in your Expert Setting while printing the BODY.stl. This is because that particular part has overlapping mesh so the Type B will stitch them together properly. Otherwise you'll find a disturbing hole at the side of the minion's body.
