Customize an SD card holder with the parametric SCAD file. Or
download a pre-generated STL. Bolts onto a Surfaces with 3mm bolts. Although the file can take any parameters… some get a little ridiculous.

The tolerances for the cases vary, The pre-generated STLs are tolerances or "PNY" SD card cases, but they work fine without the case.
