Prusa 10" i3v Y-Axis End Plate with Belt Tensioner

This is a modified replacement for the stock end plate (made from laser cut wood). I've integrated my Y-Axis idler and belt tensioner into the design. This design uses the stock hardware (it even eliminates a couple parts!)

I've released a Rev D Endplate, the only difference is the added reinforcement across the top of the part. I had a small concern about flexing due to rapid printer movements, so I added this. I never noticed any functional errors while printing with the old endplate, so Rev C will probably work fine.
