Rigidbot Community LCD cover with bracket.
The Front cover is from Walter's design, I just added 0.5mm to the front thickness as I found the bezel around the LCD was too thin for my liking. Also increased the size by 0.5%. The LCD fit at the original, but was a bit tight if you need to remove it for any reason.
The brackets mount to the holes on the Rigidbot front panel, I did not use any nuts to back up the 4mm screws, just threaded them straight into the panel.
The backcover has 4mm wells to receive 4mm nuts. It's a tight fit so I suggest positioning the nut in place and using a screw to fully seat it.
The cable cover is a simple clip on affair that holds the PCB and covers all the exposed solder joints.
I also made buttons from Walter's thing with .5mm added to keep them flush. One has an E for E-Stop, one with S for Select, and one blank. Since E can be confused for Enter and S for Stop, I'm open to better suggestions!
Thanks Walter for the original design and Marvin for the LCD project!
Update: Added a STOP button I made yesterday before leaving work. I have not printed it so I have no idea if the feature size of the lettering will work or not. Print at your own risk!
Updated Update: The lettering is too small for a 0.4mm nozzle. The octagon with print without lettering.
