Case for the Full Graphic Smart LCD Controller with SDcard access and separate button

This version is derived from wersy's case (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:87250) with the addition of an sdcard access recess but unlike Srek's case (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:195369) I choose to keep the origional separate button so I could print it in a different colour.

I fixed the issues with the button height in the graphics displays adapters currently available from aliexpress where the switch is a little too thick for the origional design. this is a parameter at the start of the.scad file that can be adjusted for your particular board.

The photos show a version printed in ABS and because I'm still tuning my setup for ABS its quiality is not as nice as the origional case I printed in PLA but I expect once I get abs tuned it will look better
