Summary

The breakaway clasp is for 3mm paracord.

Thread the paracord through the holes.
Once threaded, heat seal the paracord to widen it and prevent it from slipping out.
Pull the paracord and hook it onto the fastener.
Repeat the same process on the opposite side.
