DX8 phone holder

This is a mod to shjackal's Nexus 7 Holder.

Changes:
Longer arms, because DX8 has additional controls on top and the arms need to reach a bit farther to get past them.
Larger holes for 4mm screws. (nothing wrong with 3mm but I didn't have any ;-)
Smaller device holder for a phone rather than a tablet.
