This is a modification of the item 59344 posted by cswaim

The revisions are as follows:

1. Extended the center slide so it is easier to put phone in and out of the phone holder.
2. Modified the clip shape and length to give a more solid grip on the site bore.
3. Added a rubber washer to remove the slop out of the bushing fit to the clip and slide holder. (This requires an extra part from your hardware store, which is not listed in CSWAIM design
