Summary

I used the models from Vosslab microtubule that I imported in Fusion and just stitched a bunch of them separated by 8 unit of length. The mesh is not as precise as it was in the original model because of Fusion's export.

Furthermore, Cura sometimes refuses to slice the microtubule. I couldn't find a reliable setting for it, changing the scale to some strange number such as 89.6% worked sometimes while the setting "Special mode > surface mode = surface" did the trick too.
