3D Printed and Acrylic Toolbox

This was used as an example project to show our Junior interns the skills and tools they could learn while working with us.

Tools used: MK3 Prusa printer, Glowforge, heat steak, hot glue gun

Acrylic: 1.5 mm thick (16” X 4” sheet)
Screws: m2-56
Threaded inserts: m2-56
Magnet size: 0.12mm diameter x 0.068 mm thick
Metal pin: 0.088 diameter x 5.985 mm length
