Summary

Ship propeller load for center depressed flat car. This thing is just the cribbing/dunnage. The propeller itself is Thing 3561330 scaled to have an outer diameter of 48 mm (near 14 scale feet) and be 12 mm deep.

The load is intended to be secured to the car with black-painted phosphor bronze wire.

The dunnage can accomodate up to four 0.25 ounce tire weights in order to bring the car up to NMRA spec.

Post-Printing

Smoothing and painting

            <div><p>All parts were "painted" with diluted (with water) spackling paste in order to reduce the visibility of the layer lines. After the paste dried, they were sanded with fine-grit sand paper and painted.</p></div>
