Pinwheel

This is a pinwheel for outdoor spinning enjoyment. Attach to 6" long 1/4" dowel using 1" long 1/8" dowel.
Drill 1/8" hole into 1/4" dowel. Insert 1/8" dowel into hole and glue. Add pinwheel and insert small thumbtack or other means to hold pinwheel in place
