16T oval gear for Spirograph by 3Domas

This is a 16 tooth Oval gear for the Spirograph frame by 3Domas... and should fit the variants. It was a bit challenging to add an oval to a ring with such large teeth, but I got it to move smoothly without snagging and it does pretty well. Looking at my desk.. this was version 4 as I had to do some unique adjustments to most of the teeth.

Oval's in a round ring will give you flats before turns and adds larger swings as your center goes closer and further from the edge no matter what position you pick. There may be a tooth with a valley that is too deep. It is kind of visible in the line but it gives it character.

I really like this spirograph frame set. It is easy to handle and its a great gift. I recently started printing a layer of TPU on the bottom to reduce slipping which makes it even better.
