LTT Better Centering V3 with Separate Belt Clip

Found the screwdriver retaining holder but wanted it to hang lower, be stronger, and have some adjustment for angle.

Use threaded inserts on the holder and flat top screws (6-32 thread imperial)

Also made a thin version
