Ultimaker Original Dust Cover

The accordeon-like cover prevents dust from getting inside my UMO.

BOM:
2x AccordeonMount.STL for attachement to the sliders
2x printed beams consisting of AccordeonBar_xy_a.STL & AccordeonBar_xy_b.STL
2x printed cover frame (2x cover_RHLV.stl / 2x cover_RVLH.stl)
4x printed connectors (joiner.STL)
1x printhead cover from thingiverse link
1x IKEA Schottis (http://www.ikea.com/at/de/catalog/products/20242282/)
double sided tape and cyanoacylate for assambling

Assambly:

• print all parts in the required quantity
• download print head cover (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:77120) and print it also if you don´t have it already
• cut IKEA-IKEA Schottis to lenght for x and y axis
• assamble slider consisting of accordeon mount and accordeon beams a and b
  IMPORTANT: one side should be open to be able to slide the bowden through.
• use double sided tape to attache the shorted Schottis to the accordeon beams
• connect the front and rear cover parts using the connetors and some cyanoacrylat glue. IMPORTANT: one side should be open to be able to slide the bowden through.
• use double sided tape to attache the shorted Schottis to the front and rear covers
• slip over the bowden and mount it onto the UMO
