Remix of Prusa 10" i3v Y-Axis End Plate with Belt Tensioner

There is a newer version of this part. Here is the link to the newer part:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:899247

This is a modification of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:613602 for the makerfarm i3v 10". I modified this design to allow for adding the Sorbothane Isolation dampers from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:322915 design. I also added some additional support fillets around the idler connection & rounding at the top ends. I had some trouble getting the washers on both sides of the bearings, but found the trick of holding them together & squeezing the plastic flange together so it was a tight fit as I put them in place before getting the bolt through them. I have not seen any problems after printing, but have only used the new design for an hour or so. I may look at redesigning the belt tensioner piece to allow for an opening in the top to make the assembly easier. It seems like adding more support at the bottom of it would allow the opening at the top. I included the belt tensioner here also, since I reference it in my openscad file.
I printed this with .2 rectilinear fill density & .2 layer height & a brim of 4. It took 3 hours 10 minutes to print & weighs 1.4oz.

Rev8 is the updated version & is 4mm wider on each side than my original remix. I also added some more support on the bottom legs. I double checked the dimensions relative to my 1st remix, but have not printed this yet. Rev7 left a little bit of the top corner of the aluminum extrusion showing & kept that version here if you prefer less plastic.
