Shimano Centerlock to Hexnut for SM-RT10 disc, TL-LR11 alternative
This is a centerlock to hexagon nut adapter for replacing Shimano SM-RT10 disks.
I used the 36 mm Hexagon version but added a 32 mm version since the smaller nuts are more common. It is a tight fit, but you can use a light plastic hammer to gently apply the tool. I highly recommend using a torque wrench or ratchet with a long extension for extra stability.
With the 36 mm version I had no difficulties changing both discs of my bike and apply the recommended torque of 40 Nm.
The tool is designed with FreeCad and I attached the file in case you want to customize it.
I printed with PLA at 75 % infill, 3 mm walls, 3mm top/bottom thickness and using supports.
The nozzle size was 0.6 mm with a 0.3 mm layer height.
