Little Tikes Nail Replacement

Dog chewed up the nail from a Little Tikes workbench. I made a replacement part. When looking for measurements online I found there was a choking recall on this toy so I added a full hole through the middle of the piece to make it child safe.

I did not print with supports and it turned out mostly okay with only minor stringing that I cleaned up manually.
