Netrunner Threat Tracking Dial

All credit to KayBee61 for the design. I just remixed it to be just the one dial.

I think the dial works perfectly to track the new thread mechanic in the Android Netrunner card game.

It took me just under 4 hours to print the entire thing using a 0.2 resolution and a 15% infill.
