Grecian Computer Puzzle

A friend asked me to recreate a puzzle he had. This is the Grecian Computer puzzle.

The goal is to get each of the columns to equal 42 simultaneously. There are 20736 possible combinations and only one is correct.

Edit : I was made aware there was an error in the photos. The model has since been corrected.
