Truck Shifter for Fanatec SQ1.5

This is a mod for the V2 version of the Truck shifter designed to screw onto a Fanatec SQ1.5 shifter. Currently untested as a whole, but this only incorporates a thread instead of the shaped opening that would fit a G29 shifter
